Progressive onboarding for effective skills acquisition
Applicants whose CVs have been selected are invited to a recruitment session.
After a first successful interview, future consultants receive basic training delivered both in-person and via e-learning.
Once they have passed this, they officially join our team and take up their position on the ground.
Exclusive advance training at the Annick Cayot Academy
In Belgium and Luxembourg, our consultants receive specialist training at the Annick Cayot Global Beauty Academy in Brussels.
Run by Annick Cayot, director and trainer with 30 years’ experience, the academy offers theoretical e-learning courses and practical workshops on the topics of fragrance, skin/haircare and makeup.
Capitalising on her proven expertise, Annick passes on her unique knowledge to the teams, enabling them to fine-tune the advice they offer and perfect their selling techniques.
